Here’s a guide to hosting your perfect conference at The Foundry, and ways in which we can support you to make it a truly memorable event!
- Visit us beforehand to see the Conference Spaces on offer, as well as the building’s breakout spaces, so that you can plan out the flow of the day.
We have many different conferencing rooms available, all with different spacing capacities in a range of layouts - Cabaret, Theatre and Boardroom. The building also has a variety of breakout spaces, including our gorgeous roof top terrace.
Coming in advance, the team will show you around so that you can decide how you will structure your day based on the space you will be using. They will also be able to answer any questions you have about the space on offer.
- Decide on the perfect audio visual equipment to make your event a success
We are able to cater to hybrid events, with a range of technical solutions to give you excellent video and audio connection with your remote attendees.
If you decide to come and see the space before you hold your event, you will also be able to test out the equipment you will be using, to make sure it perfectly suits your needs.

- Keep your guests happy with on-site catering
When holding a conference at The Foundry, you don't have to worry about bringing in external caterers - as we have our onsite caterers Lovage Project at the ready to cater your event.
And if you are a charity, local authority, or impact-driven organisation, you can be sure that the catering fits with the ethos of your event.
Lovage project is a non-profit, plant-based, low waste catering company that is also a social enterprise. Their mission is not only to provide delicious and nutritious catering for events, but also to support people in their community experiencing food insecurity.
You are of course welcome to bring in your own caterers if you prefer.

Located on 17 Oval Way, The Foundry is just a short walk from Oval and Vauxhall underground stations in South London. The abundance of transport connections to Vauxhall makes it an accessible location from any London borough, and easy for your attendees to reach wherever they are coming from. There's also lots to explore in the surrounding area!

We always try to support our clients, and offer discounted rates for voluntary and third sector organisations which are outlined in our price sheet. These can be arranged at the enquiry stage of booking your conference with us.
