We have workspaces available suiting anywhere from 5 to 50 people.
We have an inclusive rental charge which covers centre maintenance and management (including reception services), cleaning, waste and recycling, fire and security provision, phone line rental and broadband access.
We’re flexible too – there is no fixed minimum term on our rental contracts. Tenants can give notice at any point, ensuring they have maximum flexibility to adapt to changes. The notice period relates to the size of the rented office, and ranges from 2 to 9 months.
