Join us for this exciting workshop where Iga teaches us how to do your own kimchi and other pickles!
Iga, Director of Lovage Project, will be leading an exciting workshop on fermentation on Tuesday, the 19th of March!
In this workshop you will learn basic fermentation techniques, as well as why natural probiotics found from these ingredients are so important for your health.
We will prepare a quick-kimchi, beetroot kwas, and traditional sauerkraut - no one will leave this workshop empty-handed! But please do bring 3 x min. 300ml jars with lids with you.
This workshop is completely free of charge and anyone can join regardless of their skills! We will have two workshops, one from 12:15-1:15pm and another one from 5 to 6pm. Both workshops will be the same and we advise that you only sing-up for one!
Lovage Project is an ethical, sustainable, and vegan catering service and community cafe based at the Foundry.
